Connor Cruise made his feelings clear on Wednesday, June 3, when he took to Twitter to slam the decision that Caitlyn Jenner should be the recipient of the ESPY Award's Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
In a series of tweets, which have since been deleted, Tom Cruise's adopted son, 20, shared the view that there were a load of way more deserving recipients of an award as prestigious as that.
“Really?? Winning the AA award for courage?? Ashton is gonna come out and yell PUNK’D,” Connor tweeted, as reported by the New York Daily News. “Don’t get me wrong. Do what you feel like doing and don’t let anyone stop you. But everyone is taking this way too seriously…There are so many more important things that should be talked about…And SO MANY MORE IMPORTANT PEOPLE that actually deserve an award.”
