I used to beg for money to eat — Tonto Dikeh

There are many sides to everybody. For Tonto Dikeh, it seems the side that is well known is the wild one.

Controversial as many may think this singer and actress is, she does have her subtle side and she laid it on the line for everyone to see in an Instagram post on Wednesday by telling whoever cares to listen her story of humble beginning.

“Growing up life was not easy, not after I lost my mom at the age of three. Though I thank my step mom for keeping up with my rudeness and stubbornness. Sometimes, I felt like killing myself but God saw me through that stage in my life and sometimes I sit and ask God why me?

At the age of twenty, I said to myself `I wouldn’t ask my dad for money- I wanted to be independent. I tried traveling to UK but I got refused at Nigerian Embassy, not because my documents were not complete but because I didn’t have the connection to pass through” she stated

Miley Cyrus Shows Off Her Shaggy Armpits on Instagram

Oh boy, Miley Cyrus is not afraid to let loose.

She's got a bold new selfie on Instagram flaunting her skimpy pink bikini, her tats and her hairy pits.

The hair is long and noticeable, prompting many of her followers to write the same pithy comment, "Armpits."

This isn't the first time we've been exposed to Miley's unkempt underarms. One time she even dyed them pink! And when inducting her idol Joan Jett into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, she made sure everyone could catch sight of her unshaved punk rock girl armpits. She posted the caption, "Today hazzzzz be consistently chill AF #evengotsomecleanindone #f--kyeah"

The former Disney Channel star is living it up and doing it how she wants to. Good for her! Who says women need to shave their armpits?

She's just one of the many celebrities defying long-held beauty standards and setting new trends for millions of followers.

The Charity Work You Didn't Know Kim Kardashian Was Doing

"I just want her to be confident and strong and kind," Kim said. "She's almost two and you can already sense a little bit of a personality, and she's extremely polite and sweet. Having kids teaches you more than you really can understand."

Lena Dunham is also using her status to better lives of others as a strong advocate for victims of sexual abuse.

"I hope that by adding my voice to the chorus of women who talked about their sexual assault that it can work in some way to destigmatize it, because it's still an issue that so many people are so afraid to come forward about.".

D prince

D prince

The song that gave me the big break should still be Omoba. That was the song that I actually took me on the road when I first came out.

What really inspired the song?

When I composed the song, I was a new artiste. I was in the studio with Don Jazzy and we said what’s the best way to gain entrance into the industry and so the song came about. Since then, people stopped calling me D’Prince and started calling me Omoba. I think it actually served its purpose at the end of the day. It gave me another industry name.

Tracy Morgan is looking happier and healthier after settling his lawsuit with Walmart.

The 46-year-old comedian stepped out in New York today for the first time since he ended his lawsuit against Walmart arising from the June 7, 2014 multi-vehicle accident that left Morgan critically injured and hospitalized and left his pal James McNair dead.

Morgan, who hasn't been photographed out and about in public since the tragic car crash, looked well and only needed the help of a cane to walk. Morgan was even in good enough spirits to flash a thumbs up sign to photographers.

In addition to today's outing, Morgan will do his first post-accident interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show Monday.

It was announced just yesterday that Walmart and Morgan had agreed upon a settlement (the details are confidential). "Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident," Greg Foran, Walmart U.S. president and CEO, said in a statement. "While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what's right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident. We worked closely with Mr. Morelli, and we are pleased to have reached an amicable settlement that ends this litigation. We are deeply sorry that one of our trucks was involved."

Morgan's attorney Benedict P. Morelli also said, "Walmart and I worked diligently to reach this settlement for the plaintiffs and their families. Walmart took full responsibility for the accident, which we greatly appreciate."

Morgan issued the following statement as well: "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."
